Welcome to PKR556 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). PKR556 is an English-language online entertainment information platform designed and operated for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. Our domain is pkr556.cam.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and PKR556 governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all associated services, features, content and functionality.

PKR556 does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and makes no claim to authorisation by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Local laws in Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may restrict online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the PKR556 website accessible at pkr556.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces or progressive web applications.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you upon completing the registration process.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game or any other eligible betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents or non-withdrawable incentives credited to your Account subject to applicable promotional terms.

• Not a PKR556 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of PKR556 and its associated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, current and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. PKR556 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

PKR556 reserves the right to refuse any Account registration at its absolute discretion and without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

PKR556 accepts deposits via payment methods published on the Platform's Deposit page at the time of your transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change. The Platform references payment options familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallet services and bank transfer channels used by financial institutions such as those offering services under the Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast brands, and major commercial banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as familiar local context only.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Deposit page and are subject to change;
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• PKR556 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider;
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly, but processing times may vary by payment method and are outside PKR556's control once a transaction has been submitted to the payment processor;
• All deposit amounts are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) within your Account. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be performed at the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity details held on your Account. PKR556 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Withdrawal page and are subject to change;
• Any active Bonus Funds or applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied, forfeited or cleared before a withdrawal can be initiated from a balance that includes Bonus Funds;
• PKR556 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity;
• Processing times vary by payment method. PKR556 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published on the Withdrawal page, but is not responsible for delays attributable to payment providers or banking institutions;
• Withdrawal fees, if any, are published on the Withdrawal page at the time of your request.

PKR556 may offer bonuses, promotions and other incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings. The applicable limit is specified in each promotion's terms;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino games or sports bets. A full contribution table is available within each promotion's terms;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of activation. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited without compensation;

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until confirmation is received;
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager;
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per market category are published within the Platform's betting rules section. PKR556 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator;
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: PKR556 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were published in error — including keying errors, software errors or prices that deviate significantly from market consensus. We will notify affected users and return the staked amount;
• Suspicious Activity: PKR556 reserves the right to void, restrict or refuse bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information or any other form of sports integrity violation;
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and acceptance to account for live data feed latency. PKR556 is not responsible for bets placed after an event has concluded if the result was not yet reflected in the live feed at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PKR556 and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any other time;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Allowing any other person to access or use your Account;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or other software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in any game or Platform feature — including failing to report such errors to support promptly;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform employees;
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of crime through the Platform;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting PKR556 support to resolve a dispute;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period;

• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of your choice or permanently. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any portion of it on any other website or server;
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means;
• Use any PKR556 trademarks, logos or branding without prior written consent.

Third-party game content made available on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR556, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if PKR556 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, PKR556 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss resulting from gambling — including loss of staked funds — as gambling inherently involves financial risk;
• Any inability to access the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, network outages or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligible account use or breach of geographic restrictions;
• Any loss arising from payment provider delays, errors or service interruptions beyond PKR556's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, PKR556's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PKR556 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion or money laundering;
• We are required to do so by law, court order or regulatory authority;
• You are found to be ineligible under Section 4 of these Terms;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and contains a zero balance;
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continuing to offer services to you creates unacceptable legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

Bonus Funds remaining at the time of Account closure — whether initiated by you or by PKR556 for cause — are forfeited and will not be returned.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR556 holds its operating licence. PKR556 does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence; the governing jurisdiction is that of the operator's applicable licence territory.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through our internal complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under the operator's applicable licence. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request.

PKR556 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or sending a communication to the email address associated with your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.
